  1. Job Listing Cancellation: Employers who have posted job listings on may request a cancellation of their job posting at any time. To initiate a cancellation request, the employer should contact our support team via email or the designated contact form on our website. Once received, our team will process the request promptly, and the job listing will be removed from our platform.

  2. Refund Eligibility: a. Job Listing Fees: Employers who cancel their job listings may be eligible for a refund of the job listing fee under the following conditions:

    • Cancellation within 48 hours of posting: A full refund will be issued.
    • Cancellation after 48 hours of posting: Refunds will not be provided.

    b. Subscription Fees: For employers who have purchased a subscription plan to post multiple job listings, refund eligibility will be as follows:

    • Monthly Subscription: No refunds will be provided for the current month, but automatic renewal can be canceled to avoid future charges.
    • Annual Subscription: A pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining months of the subscription period upon cancellation.

    c. Premium Services: Refunds for premium services, such as featured job listings or sponsored advertisements, will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for further assistance regarding premium service refunds.

  3. Job Seeker Services: a. Resume Services: Job seekers who purchase resume services, such as resume writing or review, are not eligible for refunds once the service has been rendered.

    b. Job Application Services: If a job seeker has availed a job application service package and cancels it before the service is rendered, a full refund will be provided. Once the service has been initiated, refunds will not be granted.

  4. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The amount refunded will be made using the original payment method.
